We have listened to all the feedback we have received, and we have made these changes to make using our website easier.

| 1 | “I find it confusing tell our customers how to dispose of your packaging" | Every country and region treats waste differently, so creating a material that works for every country and region is almost impossible, so we are moving to more home compostable and recyclable materials as these facilities are easier to find. | Most of our products (sadly not currently possible for all materials) will be home compostable and recyclable by March 2024* excluding PLA products. |
| 2 | “You search doesn't find what I am looking for" | Our search is currently managed by our hosting company EKM but we have managed to get them to improve this function, and to use AI as a way of matching product to buyer and even suggesting ideas. | Due to be completed end of Jan 2024 |
| 3 | “As a distributor, I wish I didn't have to contact you to find out how much something is” | We want to encourage all customers small and large to make the move to a more sustainable alternative, so we have now tidied up our main website to remove bulk products and moved these to a new buying in bulk section that allows our bigger customers and distributors to find our lowest prices, and allow other customers to easily find the product they are looking for | Due to be completed end of Feb 2024. |
| 4 | “Finding the right lid is confusing” | We have simplified our lids and we now make it easier to find the right lids by providing links and suggestions to the right lid and all of our products with a lid will now start with a “N” and then a number, e.g N62 will work with any N62 (62mm) lid. | 5 | “What happens if your products end up in landfill” | This is a common question and the simple answer is , this is now unlikely ( in the UK anyway) as these are being closed, but we now explain the impact of how it is disposed of, so you have all the information you need, this will be done on the disposal tab of all of our products. We will be doing this in a simple traffic light system to make it easier to understand. | Due to be completed end of Feb 2024. |
