Opening times
We value our team @thepureoption and we have a policy of a good life balance, so this Christmas these are our opening and closing days for the Christmas and New Year period.
| 23rd December | Open for customer service support and deliveries but please note that it is unlikely that any orders dispatched will arrive in time for Christmas |
| 24th to 28th December | Closed |
| 29th to 30th December | Open |
| 31st Dec to the 1st Jan | Closed |
| 2nd Jan 2026 | Back to normal |
Delivery
It's almost here, so while we all get ready for the lynx boxsets we should let you our opening times but please be aware that you should always add 1 to 2 days extra time during the Christmas period due to high volumes, that isn't saying that it will not arrive in time but there is a higher probability of delays over Christmas.
Christmas & New Year - UK Customers
- Last day for Christmas Delivery using our standard Royal Mail 48 Tracked service - 19th December.
- Last day for Christmas Delivery using Parcelforce Tracked 24 service - 22nd December.
Christmas & New Year - International Customers (Please note that depending on your country it may not arrive in time for Christmas)
- Last day for Christmas Delivery using our standard International Royal Mail 48 Tracked service - 15th December.
- Last day for Christmas Delivery using Parcelforce International Tracked 24 service - 17th December.
