If the UK sunk into the North Sea , the US would replace our Co2 output in 26 days ( that's 10 days for China) , we aren't saying this to create an air of apathy but more to get people talking about where we should be concentrating our efforts.
Let's be realistic, it's admirable that people glue themselves to roads ( although deeply frustrating and very counter productive) but what we should be doing is pressuring the worlds polluters to move to sustainable energy and production.
We can make a difference but we need to apply pressure to the guilty parties.
