When the entire team are all part of the Richardson family and one of us becomes very ill , it has a huge affect and sadly this has happened.
Our founder and former Managing Director ( who stood down a few years ago due to ill health) has a condition called Myeloma cancer, it is incurable and 10 years ago she was given six months to live, and anyone who knows Deb would not be surprised to hear she fought it for 10 years and still kept working, but sadly her health has deteriorated dramatically.
This has meant our small team of family members have decided that once the deliveries have gone out and basic shop functions are seen too, we will be closing at 2pm to spend the time with her.
We greatly appreciate your patience and we regret any inconvenience this may cause, but we feel that we need to spend as much time with her as we can and we have chosen after 2pm as this is traditionally a quiet time when we worked on the website, SEO and images (nothing we couldn't do later) , we appreciate you may need to contact us after 2pm but please use our livechat or email us , and we will get back to you the next morning.
