Simplified International & Business Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on providing increadible products and amazing customer service, and one of the things that we started to realise is, that although we have no legal obligation to accept returns from business customers or international customers, this did not fit well with our transaprency and ethical policy , basically the argument we had was although it is not legally required, ethically we should have some sort of return policy for our business and international customers (this policy is different to our UK Home customers).

So we have updated our business and international returns policy to accept in most circumstances returns, with a few conditions we feel are fair.

 

So here is our new fair and equitable returns policy for business

  1. We reserve the right to refuse a return and returns are entirely at our discretion.
  2. We will refund your purchase within four working days to the original payment method.
  3. We will minus a restocking fee of 25% or deduct the shipping plus 3% to cover the card fees, whichever is greater ( this reflects the costs of shipping the item our and covers all card fees etc).
  4. The item must be returned with all it's parts and components in a reasalable condition, missing or damaged parts will be deducted from your refund.
  5. The item must be returned to us within 28 days of your item being dispatched (not recieved), items recieved after this date will automatically be rejected.
  6. We do not pay return carriage and we recommend using a tracked service to avoid any issues.
  7. In the rare event that an item being returned is lost of damaged, we are unable to open a claim on your behalf and you will need to use your chosen carriers claims process.
  8. ​​​​​​​You will need an RMA Number as all returns without this are automatically rejected (see below).

 

Our Simplified returns process

To return your item, please follow the process below.

1. Click the following link - I wish to return an item.

2. We will email you back a RMA number and add it to the shipping label.

2. Pack the item up in their original packaging or if this is no longer available in a secure box so they don't get damaged while being returned.

3. Print out and fill in our non UK Consumer returns form and place in the box - Click Here.

4. We recommend using a trackable service as this does give you some protection should it get damaged or lost in transit.
