We have tried next day delivery in the past and from our experience things go wrong and then when they do, our customers get angry at us, so we removed next day delivery to avoid dissapointing our customers.
We want to make the world a more equitable and sustainable place, and until we recently we did this by bringing customers to us using paid marketing (about 10% of our turnover) but we have had a bit of a rethink.
