Update 13/09./24.
So we were up and then we were down and it turns out the issue is quite interesting ( or not depending on whether you are tech minded).
We updated our website with brand new server and brand new upgrade quad A records to really speed things up and that's where it has all gone wrong, our e commerce platform doesn't support quad a records, we removed these future proof updates and back online.
Hurray , be careful with the quad A records.
Google keeps saying our website is too slow to load 6 seconds, so we thought “let's move to super fast servers” and spoiler alert, it's didn't go well.
Essentially in non tech speak , the old server thought it was in charge and the new server said it wasn't, so they had a row and eventually it was resolved when the new server gave the old server a chinese burn, or something like that , to be honest we lost concentration after the explanation on what is a DNS configuration error.
So the result of this is , we went offline, people thought we went out of business, we lost thousands of pounds ( sadly in money and not collective weight loss) and we spent 2 days working out what was wrong but we now have faster servers and learnt what a DNS configuration error is.
Please buy from us as the loss of revenue means we may have to sell a kidney , if you don't want us to sell a kidney, please order lots.
