We get a lot of feedback and thankfully most of it is good but the only persistent complaints we get are delivery ( we have changed our courier partner to fix this) but the other one is our search and finding things.
So we have been working on this with a new AI powered search and it's not gone well , we have removed this AI search until we get it right but this has shown us a few areas we could update to make the shopping experience better, so we have decided to use this opportunity to do some unplanned improvements, we were going to do this over a staggered period but we figured as our AI search integration has caused so many issues, we would use this opportunity to fix those issues and improve the site.
We hope these changes make a difference to your shopping experience and in the interest of transparency to reduce abandoned carts as we want you to buy our products so we can continue to make a difference , no you , no business making a difference.
So lets make things better, you may not notice a big difference after we have done the changes but it will make finding things a lot easier until we can get our new AI search to do what we wanted it to do.
You can still use our site but you may find things a little bit slower and search not as accurate as it should be, this is a short term issue but we greatly appreciate your patience while we try to create the worlds best website decided to removing single use plastics.
