We have tried next day delivery in the past and from our experience things go wrong and then when they do, our customers get angry at us, so we removed next day delivery to avoid dissapointing our customers.
That said it's the most common feedback and the most common reason for calls (after spam calls from overseas call centres) and we recently had a grading from Google Shops and we were marked as exceptional with the regards to shipping (we got a great) , so we decided to add a 24 hour next working day service with a few conditions.
- A cut off time of 11am.
- We don't guarantee it will get their next day, but we will do everything in our power to make certain it does.
- If your order arrives later than 2 working days we will refund the difference between our standard delivery and our next day service
We wish we could guarantee next day but things do go wrong and in most cases it will get their next day, however please be aware in may take 2 working days.
