We used to use 10% of our turnover to advertising but then came the Plastic Tax where we are taxed for not putting plastics in our products (insane but true) but we knew if we passed this on, most businesses would go back to nasty plastics, so we absorbed this tax by eliminating paid marketing by using organic (non paid) marketing, and this is why your review which was always important is now essential.
