Deliveries 

The team have thought long and hard about delivery and the fairest and most transparent way of delivering your products. 
We have seen companies increase the price of their products to offer free shipping , reduce the price of their products and add it all onto the delivery and hide their delivery charges during the checkout process and this just didn't fit with our ethical approach to business , the Purely way is to be open and transparent in every respect so we went with the honest way and charge what it costs us.
So your postage costs will be calculated on the weight and charged at the actual costs to ship your item but we are aware that people just aren't fond of paying shipping so if your order is over £200 we will ship it free using our standard service ( please note this is for UK mainland customers only, outside of the UK mainland, your shipping will be strictly what it costs us).

Over £200 it's Free 
It's all based on the weight and we charge you what it costs us, it's simple and ethical delivery. 



Non UK Mainland Orders

Returns and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Purely we really appreciate your custom and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase and our policy exceeds current Distance Selling Regulations where appropriate but by using this site you agreed that you are a business purchaser and as such you do not have automatic right of return.

All returns will be looked at on an individual basis but please make certain you read the terms and conditions below.

1. We do not accept returns without a RMA number and items returned without one may be refused but we can assign you with a RMA number by clicking the " I Want To Return An Item" button below within 14 days of receiving the item.

2. ​Once you have an RMA number, this is our acceptance of your return and you have 14 days to return the item or it will not be accepted days from date of receipt to return the item for a full refund , it will not be possible to refund anything returned after this date.
You will be charged to return the item and we will only hold it for 14 days before destroying it ( all this can be avoided if you return you items within two week of receiving your RMA number).

3. ​To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

4. ​In order to avoid delays with your refund your item should have the receipt in the box to allow us to know who to refund -  You can avoid delays in your refund or replacement by putting the original receipt in the box.                                                                    
5. ​​Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. ​Purely reserve the right to minus the cost of shipping from any refunds.

7. ​You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and we strongly recommend using a carrier that you can track as any item lost or damaged on the return will be your responsibility to open a claim with your carrier.
