We deliver worldwide! European deliveries standardly take 2–5 working days, while International orders have a delivery aim of 3–7 working days.

Note: International pricing is a "From" rate. Actual costs will be calculated at checkout based on total shipping weight. Orders are sent DAP (Delivered at Place) or EX Works upon request.
- Business Customers: A VAT or EORI number is required to prevent customs delays. Please include this in your order comments, and state whether your business is VAT registered or not.
- Non-Business Customers: Please state in the checkout comments that you are a consumer. This affects the import taxes in your country.
- Import Taxes: We have no control over whether taxes apply to your order. As a general guide for the EU: Orders under €150 usually incur a import tax (and local courier fees may apply), while orders over €150 typically require local VAT/Tax upon arrival. Please check your local government's import guidelines.
*Missing or Delayed Parcels:
A "Delivery Aim" is an estimate. Events such as strikes, natural disasters, or customs checks can delay your delivery past this date. A parcel is not considered officially missing until 10 working days have passed for the UK, 20 working days for Europe, and 25 working days for International. We are unable to intervene or submit a claim until one day after these times have elapsed, as the package is still classified as active within the mail network.
