So please be aware that all of our international products are sent using the Iconterm DPU - Delivered at Place Unloaded (You will be responsible for any taxes or duties tnat may be charged in your country) or on request EXW (ex works , picked up by your courier from our warehouse (You will also be responsible for any taxes or duties tnat may be charged in your country)

What are the import fees I could expect Under £150 |
Typically there is no charge , but please be aware that your nations custom may still charge the amount below. | |
Points to be aware of
- Custom clearance - We can not speed up the process with your nations customs clearance, they work to their own schedules and we have found from experience our attempt to speed things up actually delays them further ( they are a law unto their own), Ireland's and Polands custom clearance are particularly bad when it comes to custom clearance.
- International returns - We don't automatically accept returns for non UK orders as the shipping costs are quite high but we really want you to be happy with your purchase, so we may at our discretion accept a return, please get in contact to get approval for a non UK return, if accepted the charges below will be levied.
- Items returned duty unpaid or item refused - This is an issue that is easy to fix, pay the duty requested or don't refuse the delivery, if you don't pay any duty your nation charges you or refuse the delivery, the item will be returned at the courier firms leisure, which can be weeks and can sometimes come with additional charges for us the receiver of this item ( they usually aren't gentle with stuff returned, so it is more likely they will be damaged while being returned), this will typically , this take weeks to get back to us and should this happen you we will only be refunded minus the shipping costs +20% restocking fee, this is easy to avoid , please
- We operate under UK law - Our conditions exceed the Consumer contract regulations but these do not apply to non UK customers, we do still honour this as we want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but we reserve the right to not meet CCR for non UK countries.
- Our couriers delivery aim is not guaranteed and international orders can take up to 25 working days ( Monday to Friday) , this only happens in less than 2% of all EU orders and is typically caused by customs, when this happens please respond to any emails or calls they make to get your order released.
