UK Delivery

Consistent, cost effective delivery has been a big of an issue to get right (find out about our journey to find the perfect price and reliable solution) but we feel our new delivery pricing and service is the perfect balance for all of our customers UK and International.

We have created honest delivery, we only charge what it costs us to send your order and if you spend over £125 and the delivery is on us.

It's honest, it's transparent and completely fair.

Standard UK delivery

We are based in the UK, and as an ethical and responsible employer we are closed on UK Holidays.

Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5pm.

Once you place and order, you will get an order confirmation and when we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with tracking details and our chosen carrier should send you a text message and an email with tracking details.
If your not going to be in, no worries as you can rearrange your delivery to suit you by clicking on the link in the text or email sent to you.

Free UK Delivery on orders over £125 Remember orders after 9am will be dispatched next day (we have a very early collection). * 2 to 4 working days is Royal Mails delivery aim, but Royal Mail do not guarantee that it will be received within 2 working days, as Royal Mail allow up to 9 working days to delivery your item , so sadly there is very little we can do until the 10 working days has passed as they will just state "it is in the delivery network", thankfully this is rare but it does happen, so it is important to make you aware of it, if you item is urgent we recommend our premium delivery service. Currently 89% of deliveries have been delivered within 3 working days, 8% within 4 working days. If you item is late, please check the tracking we send at time of dispatch as this will give you the same information we have.

Please note depending on when ordered your order may be collected the next day (or on a Monday if ordered on the weekend), so please be aware that your order may take two working days.
