  • Fits any bin from 12 to 25 litre (typically large caddy, kerbside bins or standard kitchen bins.
  • Made from durable EcoPond™ Flex 162 which is designed to reduce the risk of bag splitting as it's stronger and stretcher.
  • Made from plant based breathable films that naturally reduces odours and reduces heat. 
  • Made from plant based starch that breaks down in under 6 weeks in Council food waste collections (it takes a bit longer in a home composter).
  • Side gusset design to make room for more food
  • Fits all standard peddle bins from 10 to 25 litre.
  • All the benefits of plastics bags with none of the environmental downsides.
  • Certified as compostable and ethically sourced to Feed a Field Packaging™ standards.

Our entire range of compostable products are made from plants so end to end they are great for the planet and whether then end up in landfill or incinerated they don't release toxic emissions and don't harm the environment but if they are disposed of properly they will actually help the environment, if you add them to your food waste collection ( let your waste company know they aren't plastic) with one of our plant based rubbish bags and they actually benefit the environment, it's your choice as just switching is great for the planet but proper disposable actually benefits the environment, if in doubt get in touch as we don't just want to sell , we want to help you make the best decision for your business, your customers and the environment ( not a lecture but just wanted to make you aware of all the options).

There is no bad option, only better one's

We operate a traffic light system when it comes to disposing of our products.

Red -  doesn't mean it's bad for the environment, it just means it's the worst option and offers the lowest environmental out comes.

Amber -  offers a good environmental outcome but lower environmental outcomes when compared to green options.

Green -  Offers the very best outcomes and adds positively to the environment when disposed of.

Landfill or Energy for waste facility (EFW)

This bag is designed to break down quickly in a landfill environment and is designed to burn without releasing toxic emissions in a EFW facility, although we recommend using these bags for food waste to get the best environmental outcome.
Recycling Can be recycled where facilities exist.
Commercial Food Waste Collections Can be composted into macro nutrient rich compost in under 6 weeks in commercial food waste collection.
Home Composting The product is designed to break down safely into nutrient rich compost, times vary based on health of composter.
