We want you to be thrilled with your purchases and we have simplified things to make it easier to return your order as we want you to be 100% happy with your choices, so we have a policy that exceeds the Consumer Contracts Regulations, but there are a few simplified conditions below.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase as we are unable to accept returns after this time, if you return your item after this period we may be unable to refund your purchase and you may have to pay for shipping for us to return the item to you ( this is super easy to avoid , just let us know your returning the item and return it in under 30 days).
- We don't pay for returns and we really do recommend sending the item using a trackable service like Interparcel ( we recommend Interparcel because we have used them in the past and they are reliable, low cost and provide excellent customer service but please note this recommendation is not offer of a guarantee from The Pure Option as they are not connected with The Pure Option, they are just a company who do a good job).
- In the really rare circumstances that your item is damaged in transit when it's being returned, we will be unable to open a claim with your carrier and in the rare circumstances this happens, we will be unable to pursue a claim on your behalf so you will need to go through the couriers own website, we want to make things simpler for you but courier firms will only accept claims from the returnee and not the receiver.
- The item must be returned in a resalable condition and it's full contents must be returned with your item , items returned in a non resalable condition or missing contents may delay or invalidate a refund ( if you have used any of the items ordered please let us know as we may be able to still offer a refund).
- We will check the return and refund your purchase within 2 working days but depending on how you have paid, please allow 5 days for a refund to appear in your account ( usually much sooner but some card companies do take longer than others).
- No automatic right of return exists and Consumer Contracts Regulations don't apply to business contracts , so we don't automatically accept returns from Businesses, that said we nearly always do but please contact us before returning your item as we may not be able to accept a return from a business without a RMA number ( this is also easily avoided, just contact us and we can give you an RMA number).
- Please be aware that we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 3% for items returned by businesses ( as you may be aware credit cards no longer refund credit and debit card fees and this is the costs of your credit card transaction that the credit card and debit card companies don't refund after your purchase , so this isn't what we charge but what the card companies charge)..
We are sadly unable to accept returns on international orders due to the very high costs of international carriage ( please be certain you want the item ordered to avoid any issues).
