We want you to be thrilled with your purchases and we have simplified things to make it easier to return your order as we want you to be 100% happy with your choices so we have a policy that exceeds the Consumer Contracts Regulations, but there are a few simplified conditions below.
UK Consumers and Businesses
- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase as we are unable to accept returns after this time, if you return your item after this period we are unable to refund your purchase and you may have to pay for shipping for us to return the item to you.
- We don't pay for returns but we do have an arrangement in place so you can return your purchase at a discounted £4.95 ( Northern Ireland and Islands may cost more ) and we will deduct the refund cost from your refund ( click the link to return the item using our returns service.
- The item must be returned in a resalable condition and it's full contents must be returned with your item , items returned in a non resalable condition or missing contents may delay or invalidate a refund ( if you have used any of the items ordered please let us know as we may be able to still offer a refund).
- We will check the return and refund your purchase within 2 working days but depending on how you have paid, please allow 5 days for a refund to appear in your account ( usually much sooner but some card companies do take longer than others).
In the really rare circumstances that your item is damaged in transit when it's being returned , unless you choose to return your purchase using our return service, , we will be unable to open a claim with your carrier and in the rare circumstances this happens, we will be unable to pursue a claim on your behalf so you will need to go through the couriers own website, we want to make things simpler for you but courier firms will only accept claims from the returnee and not the receiver.
We are sadly unable to accept refunds on international orders due to the very high costs involved.
