We want you to be happy with your purchases and we have simplified things to make it easier to return items but the following terms and conditions apply.
1. The Pure Option™ does not pay return carriage, so if you wish to return an item please send the item back by a recorded means as we are unable to pursue a claim on your behalf for items being returned , but this makes the claims process easier for you should the item end up damaged or lost in transit (sadly this does occasionally happen).
2. Our terms and conditions exceed the Consumer Contracts Legislation but please note this only applies to home consumers and not businesses.

You have the right to cancel an order within 30 days of receiving the goods.
You will receive a full refund if the goods are returned in a re-saleable and unopened condition, opened and non-resaleable items will be deducted from your refund.
The items must be returned with 30 days of ordering, items returned after this date will not be accepted.
Business Customers only.
All business owners have slightly different conditions and no automatic right to return the goods if you change your mind.
Please contact our customer service team to explain our business return process, we will usually accept your item in the interest of great customer service but we reserve the rights to decline returns.
