We want you to be happy with your purchases and we have simplified things to make it easier to return items as we want you to be 100% thrilled with our products so our conditions exceed the Consumer Contracts Regulations, but the following terms and conditions apply.

Covid Returns Restriction

Please note due to Covid and the extra risks involved we are unable to accept returns for any item that has been opened or handled, we apologise for having to take a stricter procedure than we would like but as you can appreciate, these are not normal times so we have had to suspend all returns unless it has not be opened and handled as we can't mitigate the risk to our team and our customers.

If your item has not be opened and handled

UK Mainland Customers Only as we can accept returns on international orders.

We have set up a return arrangement with a reduced rate for all returns and we have made it easier for you to return your item as we want you to be 100% happy with your order but please note unless we have agreed to pay the return carriage ( examples being we have made a mistake) we will take the cost of return shipping (£8.95) off your refund.

Somethings to be aware of 

  • The item must be returned in an unopened condition.

  • The item must be under 10kg ( above this please get in touch).

  • The item dimensions must not exceed 60x50x50cm.

Home Consumers

Key points below.
You have the right to cancel an order within 30 days of receiving the goods.
You will receive a full refund if the goods are returned in a re-saleable and unopened condition, opened and non-resalable items will be deducted from your refund.
The items must be returned with 28 days of ordering, items returned after this date will not be accepted.

Business Customers only.
All business owners have slightly different conditions and no automatic right to return the goods if you change your mind.
Please contact our customer service team to explain our business return process, we will usually accept your item in the interest of great customer service but we reserve the rights to decline returns.
