At The Pure Option™, we want you to love our products. Our policy meets or exceeds the UK Consumer Protection Regulations 2020. While we have no legal obligation to accept returns from business or international customers, our ethical and transparent approach means we offer a fair returns process for everyone.
1. UK Home Customers (Consumers)
Our simplified process for UK households meets all legal requirements for consumer returns.

Return Window: Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.

Condition: Items must be in a resalable condition with all parts included. Missing or damaged parts will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 2 working days of receipt.

Shipping: We do not cover return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.
2. Business & International Customers
Returns for business and non-UK customers are accepted at our discretion under the following terms:

Return Window: Items must be returned within 28 days of dispatch (not receipt).

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 25% OR the cost of shipping plus a 3% card fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.

Condition: Must be in original packaging and resalable condition.

Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 4 working days of receipt.

Shipping: Return carriage is at the customer's expense. We are unable to open claims for lost/damaged return shipments.
How to Return Your Item (All Customers)
Please follow these 4 simple steps to ensure your return is accepted:

Request an RMA: Click here to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will be automatically rejected.

Download the Form: Print and complete the appropriate form to include in your box:

Pack Securely: Use the original packaging if possible. Ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on your returns label.

Terms & Conditions Summary

Lost/Damaged Returns: The Pure Option™ is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. You must file a claim with your chosen carrier.

Custom/Bespoke Items: Please note that custom-printed or bespoke products are non-returnable unless faulty.

Late Returns: Items received after the 28-day window will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender.
