At The Pure Option™, we want you to love our products. Our policy meets or exceeds the UK Consumer Protection Regulations 2020. While we have no legal obligation to accept returns from business or international customers, our ethical and transparent approach means we offer a fair returns process for everyone.
1. UK Home Customers (Consumers)
Our simplified process for UK households meets all legal requirements for consumer returns.

Return Window: You will need to let us know that you wish to return the item within 14 days of receipt of your Item (s) and the item(s) be returned within 28 days of receipt.

Condition: Items must be in a resalable condition with all parts included. Missing or damaged parts will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 2 working days of receipt.

Shipping: We do not cover return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, please note if a returned item is damaged or lost, you will need to open a claim with your chosen carrier, unfortunately we can not do this on your behalf.
2. Business & International Customers
Returns for business and non-UK customers are accepted at our discretion under the following terms:

Return Window: You will need to let us know that you wish to return the item within 14 days of receipt of your Item (s) and the item(s) be returned within 28 days of receipt.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% & the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Custom / Bespoke orders; Can not be returned.

Items returned duty unpaid or incorrect address: Please make certain that you enter your address, contact number and email correctly as items returned because of incorrect address or duty unpaid, will be returned to us and the associated costs will mean that a refund will exclude 20% to cover the costs along with the cost of shipping, please make certain you enter your details correctly.
How to Return Your Item (All Customers)
Please follow these 4 simple steps to ensure your return is accepted:

Request an RMA: Click here to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will be automatically rejected.

Download the Form: Print and complete the appropriate form to include in your box:

Pack Securely: Use the original packaging if possible. Ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on your returns label.

Ship via Tracked Service: Send the package to

Terms & Conditions Summary

Lost/Damaged Returns: The Pure Option™ is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. You must file a claim with your chosen carrier.

Custom/Bespoke Items: Please note that custom-printed or bespoke products are non-returnable unless faulty.

Late Returns: Items received after the 28-day window will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender.
