UK Home Customer Returns Policy (Simplified Policy)

The Pure Option™ wants you to love our product and what we do, and with this in mind, our policies either meets or exceed the Consumer Protection Regulations 2020 and as we want you to be thrilled with your purchases we have simplified our returns process to make it simpler and less complex to return your order.

So here is our new fair and equitable returns policy for business

  1. The item must be returned to us within 28 days of your item being recieved,  items recieved after this date will automatically be rejected.
  2. We do not pay return carriage and we recommend using a tracked service to avoid any issues.
  3. The item must be returned with all it's parts and components in a reasalable condition, missing or damaged parts will be deducted from your refund.
  4. In the rare event that an item being returned is lost of damaged, we are unable to open a claim on your behalf and you will need to use your chosen carriers claims process.
  5. You will need an RMA Number as all returns ,without this your return will automatically be returned to you (see below).
  6. We will refund your purchase within two working days to the original payment method.



Our Simplified returns process

To return your item, please follow the process below.

1. Click the following link - I wish to return an item.

2. We will email you back a RMA number that will need to be added to your returns label ( instructions in the returns form below).

3. Pack the item up in their original packaging or if this is no longer available in a secure box so they don't get damaged while being returned.

4. Print out and fill in our UK Consumer returns form and place in the box - Click Here.

4. We recommend using a trackable service as this does give you some protection should it get damaged or lost in transit.
